Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, isolating, or heavy to carry alone. You may be navigating relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, intimacy and communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, parenting stress, sleep concerns, or major life transitions. Whatever you are facing, you deserve a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space for individuals and couples of all backgrounds to explore their emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing, growth, and deeper connection. Together, we can gently work through the pain, uncertainty, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while creating room for hope, clarity, and meaningful change.
My work is deeply rooted in both lived and professional experience. Growing up in a family impacted by relational conflict, alongside my own mental health journey and work supporting individuals and couples, has shown me that healing and healthy relationships are possible. You do not have to go through difficult emotions alone. I will meet you with empathy, care, and understanding, and walk alongside you at a pace that feels safe and right for you.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed somatic and sensory approaches. Every person’s healing journey is unique, so therapy is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and experiences. I have supported individuals in building healthier relationships, improving self-esteem and confidence, managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and processing complex trauma.
Sometimes healing begins with simply having a safe place for honest, heart-to-heart conversations. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where to begin, I would be honoured to support you.
